What will I need to access the virtual platform?
You need to be registered for the Annual Meeting. Provide the username and password created when you registered online. If you registered with a paper form, you still have a username and password associated with your registration.

If you forgot your password, click here to retrieve it. You will need to provide your username or email address associated with your account. NOTE: If you have multiple accounts with the same email address you will not be able to access your password.

When can I access the virtual meeting website?
Starting Saturday, November 14, registered attendees will have limited access to the virtual meeting website to edit their online profiles and start creating their schedules. Attendees will have full access to the meeting site starting Sunday, November 15. Attendees are encouraged to edit their profiles and create their schedules before the meeting begins.

Will sessions have a live Q&A?
Yes, there will be a live Q&A at the end of most sessions. However, a recording of the Q&A period will not be available in the on-demand version of the session.

I click on the red “Live Video” button but I cannot access the session. What do I do?
First, try refreshing your screen. If that doesn’t work use a different browser (Edge or Chrome for Windows and Android; Chrome, Edge or Safari for Mac/iOS). You can also try viewing the session in a private window; this will eliminate the need to clear you browser history and cache.

Also, be sure your institution’s firewall is not blocking your access. And if you are using a VPN, you will need to log out of it.

What browser should I use?
Dont use Internet Explorer. Our virtual platform is incompatible with Internet Explorer.
  • Edge or Chrome for Windows and Android.
  • Chrome, Edge or Safari for Mac/iOS
