ASTMH has developed this course as an update in the essential components of tropical medicine and travelers' health. This two-day meeting is designed for physicians and for all other health care providers working in tropical medicine or travelers' health. Speakers are internationally recognized authorities in the field. Approximately 14 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM will be offered for this course.

ASTMH offers a CTropMed® Examination that assesses and recognizes individual excellence in training and knowledge. Passing the CTropMed® examination leads to a Certificate of Knowledge in Clinical Tropical Medicine and Travelers' Health. The next CTropMed® examination open for application will take place in November 2021 in National Harbor, Maryland.
