All poster presentations will take place in person in the Poster Hall at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The 2025 Annual Meeting does not include an option for ePoster (digital poster) presentations.

If you cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person….
• Given the presentation options outlined below, there should be no reason for unexpected presenter absences.
• If you no longer plan to prepare this abstract for presentation at the Annual Meeting, please immediately notify Judy DeAcetis, Administrative Manager, Scientific Program, at
[email protected].
• Otherwise, you must arrange for a colleague to make the presentation in your place.
• If you arrange for a colleague to make the presentation in your place, you can designate anyone you like to present the poster. ASTMH does not track changes in poster presenters. All communication about the poster presentation will continue to be sent to you at this email address and it is your responsibility to share the information with the new presenter. The individual who is making the in-person poster presentation in Toronto is required to register for the Annual Meeting.
