If you cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person in Maryland…..

If you cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person….

• As outlined above, if you no longer plan to prepare this abstract for presentation at the Annual Meeting, please immediately notify Judy DeAcetis, Administrative Manager, Scientific Program, at j.deacetis@astmh.org.

• Otherwise, you must arrange for a colleague to make the presentation in your place.

• If you arrange for a colleague to make the presentation in your place, you can designate anyone you like to present the poster. ASTMH does not track changes in poster presenters. All communication about the poster presentation will continue to be sent to you at this email address and it is your responsibility to share the information with the new presenter. The individual who is making the in-person poster presentation in Maryland is required to register for the Annual Meeting.

• Given the presentation options outlined above, there should be no reason for unexpected presenter absences.

Presentation Schedule

Approximately three weeks before the Annual Meeting, we will send final schedule assignments (presentation date and time), along with a new abstract presentation number.

Register for the Annual Meeting

Poster presenters must register and pay the registration fee in order to present a poster for the Annual Meeting. The registration fee is separate from the abstract submission fee.
