Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What will the session structure look like? Will there be live Question and Answer periods?
The majority of sessions will feature pre-recorded presentations. For Scientific Sessions (oral abstract sessions) and Symposium Sessions, speakers will hold a Question and Answer period by live video and audio after the conclusion of the final pre-recorded presentation of the session. Attendees will submit their typed questions to a Question Box for consideration by the speakers.

Will the Question and Answer periods and discussion be captured in a recording for the On-Demand version of the session?
The Q&A portion of sessions will not be available for viewing once the session is over; the discussion section at the end of each session will not be available in the On-Demand version of the session. We encourage registrants to attend sessions of interest during the scheduled date and time.

What will the poster sessions look like?
Attendees will be able to view the posters through an ePoster platform. During the designated poster presentation hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, attendees will have the opportunity for a real-time chat (typed messages) with presenters via a chat box on the ePoster platform. Poster presenters are encouraged to participate in the poster presentation hours in order to address questions submitted through the chat box.
