Call for Symposia is Open: Deadline February 21, 2018

February 21, 2018 – Symposium Submission Deadline

Submit a symposium proposal for the ASTMH 67th Annual Meeting, October 28 - November 1, 2018, Sheraton New Orleans and New Orleans Marriott, New Orleans, LA.

The Annual Meeting is the premier forum for the exchange of scientific advances in tropical medicine and global health. In 2017, over 4,500 current and future leaders in the field attended.

Please note the membership requirements for the symposium organizer and symposium co-chair, as well as the $75 US submission fee required for all proposals. Symposia bring together attendees in a setting where experts discuss concepts and developments on a defined topic of general concern to the global health community. In contrast to scientific sessions, symposia provide a broad synthesized review of a given topic, with ample time for discussion among attendees.
