Presentation Submission Portal

Follow these steps to submit your pre-recorded presentation:

Step 1: Log into the Registration Validation Portal
-- Log in with your ASTMH username and password that you used to register for the ASTMH 2025 Annual Meeting.
-- Speakers must be registered for the Annual Meeting in order to submit a pre-recorded presentation to the Presentation Submission Portal.  
-- Your registration will be verified by the Registration Validation Portal before access is granted to the Presentation Submission Portal.
-- Once your registration is validated, click the green button to reach the Presentation Submission Portal to submit your recording.

Step 2: Upload your pre-recorded presentation to the Presentation Submission Portal
-- Once your registration is validated on the Registration Validation Portal, you will be taken to the ShareFile Presentation Submission Portal
-- When you reach the ShareFile Portal, click “Browse files”
-- Select your file to upload
-- Click the “Upload” button at the bottom of the screen
-- When the upload status bar reaches 100%, your upload is complete
-- Close the web browser
