2017 ASTMH Council Candidates
While the name of the Society begins with the word ‘American,’ this is an international Society. In fact, more than a third of our membership is international, and that percentage is increasing each year.
With this in mind, we encourage all our eligible members across our diverse Society to vote for the next leaders of ASTMH. Your act of voting is one of the most important contributions you can make as an individual to the Society. These are challenging times for research, policy and funding – all the more reason for robust participation.
Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the candidates. Click on the candidate names or photos below to read why and how they plan to represent the Society and members' concerns. Individuals receiving the most votes will be elected.
Eligible members should watch their inboxes for emailed ballots. Voting remains open until Wednesday, September 28, 2016, 11:59 p.m. U.S. Central time. Results will be announced at the 2016 Annual Meeting in November.
