Invitation Letters
Invitation letters are sent to the registered attendees at
their request. The letters are for those attending the 59th Annual
Meeting who live outside the U.S. and need a VISA to be admitted into
the U.S. You MUST BE REGISTERED for the ASTMH 59th Annual Meeting
in order to receive an invitation letter. Once you are registered,
please email your request to Buffy Finn at bfinn@astmh.org. Please include your
full name, mailing address and e-mail.
